About
Hi! I'm Fran
I'm a Mental Health & Wellbeing Practitioner with 15 years’ experience in coaching, mentoring and supporting people, including 10 years working within health and wellbeing and 4 years specifically supporting people with their mental health.
My work is centred around people, relationships and understanding. I believe meaningful change begins when people have the opportunity to feel heard, understood and supported without judgement.
I bring together my professional experience, counselling skills, psychological study and lived experience to support people through periods of change, difficulty and personal development.
My Approach & Expertise
My approach is person-centred, collaborative and grounded in psychological understanding.
I’m particularly interested in how our experiences, relationships, circumstances and ways of making sense of ourselves can shape our mental health and wellbeing.
My work draws on experience in:
-
Mental health and wellbeing
-
Coaching and mentoring
-
Counselling skills
-
Trauma
-
Personal development
-
Empowerment and confidence-building
-
Art, Health & Wellbeing
I work collaboratively, respecting each person's experiences, autonomy and individual circumstances. I don't believe there is a one size fits all approach to wellbeing, and I value creating a space where people can explore what is happening for them without feeling judged or defined by it.

My Background & Experience
My professional background includes mental health, coaching, mentoring, education and entrepreneurship.

-
MSc Psychology - University of South Wales (in progress)
-
MA Art, Health & Wellbeing - University of South Wales
-
TQUK Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills
-

-
15 years coaching and mentoring experience
-
4 years experience supporting people with their mental health
My counselling training included counselling skills and personal development, diversity and ethics, counselling skills theories, and using counselling skills.
Alongside formal study, my work is continually shaped by lived experience, ongoing learning, and a commitment to integrity in both practice and presence.
I am committed to continuing to develop my knowledge and practice through ongoing education, reflection and professional development.
Business Mentoring
I offer mentoring for self-employed practitioners and individuals, drawing on 15 years of experience of coaching, business development and self employment.
My approach combines practical strategy with a genuine understanding of the realities of building a sustainable work life balance. Success does not have to come at the cost of wellbeing.
My Journey
My professional journey is a diverse one.
I've worked across the creative industries, education, entrepreneurship, coaching, mentoring and mental health and wellbeing. Each chapter has taught me something different about people, creativity, work and resilience.
My current Psychology studies represent the next stage of that journey, allowing me to build formal psychological knowledge alongside the experience I've developed over many years.
My work is shaped by both professional experience and lived experience, and by a continuing curiosity about people and what helps us to understand ourselves and one another.

Next Chapter
Enaid is evolving.
I’m currently studying an MSc in Psychology while continuing to develop my work in mental health and wellbeing.
For now, I’m taking a step back from 1:1 client work while I focus on my studies and professional development.
Enaid isn’t disappearing, it’s changing.
I’m still available for public speaking, teaching, lecturing and educational collaborations, particularly around entrepreneurship, mental health, resilience, disability and personal development.
I’ll share more about what comes next as it takes shape.
